銅香爐的制作流程是什么

1.泥塑：想要鑄造一款銅香爐，首先就是泥塑的制作，制作泥塑需要找專業的人員按圖紙的尺寸樣式進行泥塑放大。然后不斷的修改，直到合適為止。

1. Clay sculpture: if you want to cast a copper incense burner, the first thing is the production of clay sculpture. To make clay sculpture, you need to find professional personnel to enlarge the clay sculpture according to the size and style of the drawing. Then constantly modify it until it is appropriate.

2.模具：然后就是把制作好的泥稿進行硅膠模具的翻制，外模為石膏。之后就是蠟模，在翻制好的硅膠模具里進行線條的翻制并進行細部修整，最終達到與原造型一致。

2. Mold: then turn the made clay manuscript into silica gel mold, and the outer mold is gypsum. Then there is the wax mold. In the turned silica gel mold, the lines are turned and the details are trimmed, and finally consistent with the original shape.

3.鑄造模具：接下來就需要工人使用耐高溫材料在蠟模上翻制雙面砂模（也就是俗稱的翻砂），砂模進行細部修整后合模。

5.澆鑄和表面處理：最后就是澆鑄和表面處理了，需要先把砂模放置平穩，把冶煉好的銅水進行澆鑄，澆鑄完成之后就需要做好的線條進行表面硫化顏色處理作出一種青銅的感覺，最后進行表面封蠟處理防止氧化生銹。

5. Casting and surface treatment: finally, casting and surface treatment. It is necessary to place the sand mold stably and cast the smelted copper water. After casting, the lines that need to be done need to be vulcanized on the surface to make a bronze feeling. Finally, the surface is sealed with wax to prevent oxidation and rust.
